Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated 18 September 2026. This is a general policy for this website and is not legal advice.
VitalPeptide Research (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is an educational resource about peptide compounds and clinic processes. It is not a shop, a pharmacy, or a substitute for medical care.
Who is responsible
VitalPeptide Research, Dakterras GAPP, Eerste Ringdijkstraat 4, 1097 BC Amsterdam, Nederland. Contact: consult@vitalpeptide-research.com or +66945544512.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. Name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to share in a consult request, WhatsApp message, email or form. Please do not send medical records or lab results through this website or an unsecured chat unless a clinician has asked you to use a specific channel.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected automatically by the server and any analytics we enable.
- Cookies. Small files used to keep the site working (for example a blog editor session). We do not use them to sell advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use personal data to reply to enquiries, schedule consultations, operate and improve the website, keep records we are required to keep, and protect the clinic against misuse. We do not sell your information. We do not use this site to run automated medical decisions.
Health and peptide information
Content about peptides, dosing, research status and certificates of analysis is educational. It is not personal medical advice. If you later become a patient, health data is handled under a separate clinical record and the rules that apply to healthcare providers - not under this public website policy alone.
WhatsApp and other providers
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own terms. Email and hosting providers may also see message metadata. Those services are outside the Netherlands or the EU in some cases. We only share what is needed to answer you or run the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived unless the law requires us to retain them. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Clinical records, if you become a patient, follow medical retention rules.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data we hold about you, object to certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable format where that applies. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data-protection authority. Contact us first at the email above and we will try to resolve it.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
